Poor Katherine Heigl. First she gets Knocked Up by an unemployed, illegal resident Canadian pot head, then Grey’s Anatomy supposedly threatens to kill her off for being a brat, and now she gets busted for littering. Talk about a streak of bad luck.

Back up: yes, it’s true. Heigl littered. Gasp. She threw her cigarette butt right on the ground, and just a mere ten feet away from the nearest trash can, to boot. A “source”—not to put too much trust in the ever reliable, anonymous “source”—apparently said of the incident:

The officer told Katherine to pick up the butt and throw it away in the trash, 10 feet away. He added that he’d fine her next time he catches her tossing trash on the sidewalk.

We don’t know which is the bigger bummer—that the on-screen doctor smokes in real life, or that she fails eco 101: thou shalt not litter. At least she’s really, really, really blonde.

Katherine Heigl has spoken out to congratulate newlyweds Ellen Degeneres and Portia De Rossi.

“One of my favorite people of all time is Ms. Ellen DeGeneres,” the 27 Dresses star told the Associated Press news agency at a Hollywood charity event on Saturday night. “So I wish all the best, all the happiness, all the joy that comes with that certificate … just the joy of being able to stand up and say that. In front of everyone you love and care about in front of each other and to walk away legal is huge.”

And Tila Tequila, whose dating reality show fame is built somewhat upon her affinity for both men and women, passed along her good wishes — with only one small complaint. Read the rest of this entry »

Josh Kelley says nothing beats an evening cuddled on the couch watching TV with his beautiful bride, “Grey’s Anatomy” hottie Katherine Heigl – even his rock-star lifestyle!

“We don’t like to go out much,” shrugged Kelley, 28, before performing last night for an intimate crowd at BOKX 109 in Newton’s new uberchic Hotel Indigo. “We love to do a lot of staying in and watching TV. We love ‘Dexter’ and ‘Weeds.’ ”
